The Hockey News website recognized for its unparalleled hockey content

The Canadian Society of Magazine Editors (CSME) announced the 2009 Editors’ Choice Awards winners Wednesday, June 3. The annual awards, judged by industry peers, introduced a new “Best Website” category this year.

The nominated websites were evaluated based on design and features, how the website reflects and adds to the magazine’s brand, and how well the two complement one another.

Thanks to the innovative interactive strategies conceived by TouchĂ©! PHD, and developed by Transcontinental Media (Recettes.qc.ca) and K3 MĂ©dia, the metsdelacreme.com campaign garnered honours for most interactive new approach during the 8th annual Prix MĂ©dias, held in Montreal on May 7, 2009. The objective of this campaign, created for the Quebec Federation of Milk Producers, was to boost cream’s visibility, as well as provide female consumers (25-54) with simple, everyday recipes made with cream.
